Privacy Policy

Graphics Factory Inc. (“Graphics Factory,” “we,” “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how we handle it. Our office is at 560 Axminister Dr., Fenton, MO 63026.

Contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email address, a message, and optionally a phone number. When you submit it, the site opens your own email app with a message prefilled to contact@graphics-factory.net. The site itself does not send or store what you type; the message reaches us only if you send it from your email app. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to quote or follow up on your project.

Artwork uploads (Hightail)

The “Upload Files” links take you to a Hightail Spaces page that we use to receive artwork. Files you upload, and any details you give Hightail while uploading, are handled by Hightail under its own terms and privacy policy, and by us once received. We use uploaded files only to prepare quotes and to produce your order. We do not use them for marketing and do not share them except with service providers needed to complete your job.

Retention: We keep uploaded files only as long as needed for your order and any reorders. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Third-party services

• Google Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google. This sends your IP address, browser details, and the page you are viewing to Google.
• Google Maps. The map on the Contact page loads only when you click “Load map.” Loading it shares your IP address and browser details with Google, which may set cookies.
• Hightail. Used for artwork uploads, as described above.
• Promotional products store. A link on the What We Can Do page leads to a separate site run by a third party, which has its own privacy practices.

This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies of its own.

No sale of data

We do not sell your personal information.

Access and deletion requests

To ask what information we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion of your information or uploaded files, email contact@graphics-factory.net or call (636) 343-5454 (Monday – Friday). We may need to confirm who you are before acting on a request.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
