Artwork submissions

• 01Preferred: eps files with all linked files and fonts included (use the File/Package command in Illustrator or InDesign). All linked bitmaps must be flat files, 100–150 dpi at final print size.
• 02Photographic images (raster/bitmap) should be fully set up with bleed and crop marks, ready for output; files saved this way restrict us to Photoshop-only editing. Recommended: flat TIFFs with LZW compression, 100–150 dpi at final print size. Print quality suffers below this spec.
• 03Placing a low-quality raster image into an eps file does nothing to improve its quality.
• 04Color matching requires Pantone colors specified within the files.
• 05Router or vinyl cutting projects require vector files.
• 06Assume any image copied off a webpage will not deliver large-format quality.
• 07Files not supplied as requested that need extensive color matching or editing may incur additional setup fees and time delays.
• 08Microsoft Office files are not preferred; if submitted they incur unpredictable setup surcharges, limited editing, and output quality cannot be assured.
• 09Microsoft Publisher documents cannot be opened; export as eps with fonts outlined and linked files embedded (surcharges may apply).
• 10Corel Draw is not supported; save as EPS with outlined fonts and linked files embedded (extra setup charges may apply).
